Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to read about our Property Preservation Services. PIN also offers property cleanup services [aka field services and/or property preservation] and offer a competitive basic flat rate package to provide you with options for REO and pre-sale properties. Here are some examples of the services we offer in the preservation area of business:
· REO Properties: Interior & exterior cleanup of foreclosed and abandoned properties, including 2,000 sf house, 1/2 acre yard, 12 cubic yards of debris removal. We can also do board-ups, vehicle & vessel removal, lock changes, and minor repairs.
· Post-Tenant Cleanup: Once the eviction process has been completed and the tenant has vacated, we can cleanup, box-up, and relocate the tenant%u2019s property to the storage facility of your choice for safekeeping until the tenant responds. Or, if the tenant fails to respond, we can do the property cleanup and personal property disposal instead. Our basic $800 package would cover either scenario.
· Homeowners: If you%u2019re ready to put your empty house on the market but need help cleaning up, we provide basic janitorial, debris removal and haul off, and lawn care services to prepare your property for prospective buyers.
· Scheduled Maintenance: PIN offers these services to all clients but it%u2019s important to note that we are not your ordinary housekeeping or landscaping service for owner- or tenant-occupied properties. But we do provide janitorial refresh services and lawn care maintenance to keep unoccupied properties in clean, showing condition.
Interior cleanup includes: Bathrooms, kitchens (including appliances), fireplaces (chimney sweep EXCLUDED), ceiling fans & light fixtures, upper & lower level windows and window sills/baseboard, laundry rooms, closets, and all other common living areas and garage (cleared out and swept / mopped clean). We vacuum carpets and mop floors but steam cleaning & waxing are EXCLUDED from the janitorial packages.
Exterior cleanup includes: Grass cut, shrub trim, weed-eating, raking, and edging of sidewalks and driveways. We will include low hanging tree branches up to 3%u201D in diameter but a heavy duty tree trim would incur an additional charge. Yard debris removal is included.
In addition we have an $800 package that includes thorough interior and exterior cleanup. Or we provide stand-alone services and can offer volume pricing and discounts on multiple services when you include them in a single project.
